The band collaborated closely with directors McFarland & Pecci to create an intense, gritty, video that steers away from the stereotypical music videos often found in the metal genre.
Nikon was kind enough to send out a brand new D7000 for McFarland & Pecci to test for the video (read the Dec. 28 blog posted by Mike Pecci).
The Nikon D7000 was mounted onto an experimental helmet rig constructed for the music video to capture a true POV. Teradek provided their Cube to mount onto the back of the helmet to transmit the footage being recorded to a hand held monitor via wifi, very cool stuff.
Ian is currently knee-deep in post-production work right now, keep posted for further updates!
